We are lucky to have enticed Michael to spend some more time on the emerald isles. He’s going to be launching more of his workshops in Ireland. I’ve attended many of his workshops and can report that I find his teaching manner really professional, friendly, thorough and he shares his lifetime of experience in all things self-sufficiency.
We have just launched our Medicinal Mushroom Intensive Workshops dates for Ireland and the UK. We are soon launching a longer in depth training over 8 modules which we will soon share details of! We hope to offer this both live in person and online for those who cannot travel to us.
We will be offering many exciting wild food experiences such as Wild Spring Greens: Forage, Feast & Wildcrafting and a Coastal Forage and Wild Food Feast.
Michael will teach some seasonal forages in Wild Food and Fungi, Food Smoking, Jerky and Salami, Mushroom Foraging, Winemaking and many other worthwhile workshops.
